Here is a picture of the sign at the piano recital. I think I did pretty well. I forgot how to play "Little Bird" but I played " Morning Bell" very well. I got a lot of praise afterwards.

SUMMER HOLIDAY!!!

Finally...... IT IS SUMMER HOLIDAY!!!! The bad thing is that the temperature over here is very very hot: 27 to 30 degrees celcius. Good thing that tomorrow is raining but there will be a summerfest tomorrow that is created by the councillor of ward 6. I will be going to see the police dog show.... SO PLEASE, PLEASE don't rain tomorrow. Also, tomorrow is the piano recital. I will be performing to songs, actually pieces and they are both studies. One of them is called "Little Bird" and the other is "Morning Bell". I hope that I will do a good job tomorrow!!!!

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!

Hooray! Today is the last day of school! I got my report card back today and I am very happy with my report card. My average is about 82
(A-) and is one of the highest average among the girls in my class.

Another good news is that we didn't have the math exam! Also, today we got to watch the movie "Click". It was a very funny movie and some parts were so emotional that I nearly cried but it ended very happy. I could even laugh!!!

My B-Day Party

Here is a picture of me cutting the ice cream cake. It was extremely hard to cut because the ice cream in between was very hard. But it was very yummy and not that sweet. I LOVE IT!!! Thanks to mom and dad for throwing such a wonderful birthday party for me!

Wushu

Sorry that I haven't been posting on my blog recently. I am very very busy this week. I just finished two tests and another one is coming up. Also, two projects are also due this week. I hope I can relax soon because I have been very busy and I am really really tired.

Today, two Wushu instructors came and taught us Wushu. We had to pay two dollars and they were going to teach us for two different sessions. Today was our very first section and I can't wait until the nest one. The only thing I didn't like about it was that we had to squat down really low and we had to say in that stance ofr 30 seconds. Even though this was very tiring, I learned that this would help me build leg muscles. Also, we learned several basic hand punching and a routine. I had a great time. Another good thing, was that I got to eat freezies afterward so that really cooled me down a lot. I had to pay 10 dollars to get 10 freezies. The ten dollars was for Make a Wish Foundation. This foundation is to grant a wish to children and make them come true. These children have a life threating disease so this was a kind of gift of hope to them. I am very glad that I donated 10 dollars because this child we are sponsoring for to grant her wish lives in this area. That is why I really want to help grant this person's wish!
