My Newest Art Pieces

The art is due on friday and not tomorrow so that means I will have some more time to finish my art. The first picture is my native picture. There is suppose to be a message to it and for mine art, it talks a bit about global warming. My painting is seperated in two and the right side is the "evil" side with fiery colours and in the bottom is our earth. If we don't treat it well, our planet will be burned up by fire and I used a phoenix to represent fire because in the native times, the fire was created by the phoenix and it is the spirit of the fire. Also there is two men and they come from two different tribes, one of them is evil and the other tribe is the good side. On the left as you guessed it is the "good" side with calming colours and as you can see the earth is clean with blue oceans and green land. I chose the green, blue, purple because to me it is a more relaxing colour and its not a destructive colour compared to pink, red, orange, yellow, etc. I hope that you got the message from my art piece. "To respect our earth if you don't want it to turn black and brown but to leave it blue and green."
I need a few suggestions if the second picture looks like the last picture. It's suppose to be a replica of a picture that you took and I tried to do that the best I could but its still hard since painting the details were tough. I didn't know how to paint fur so I hope this is good enough.

Lobster Meal!!

Today, we had a big feast. We got to eat delicious lobster and abalone. It was a long long time since we ate lobster. The last time we did was when Tracy and Woo Soo came to Canada and we had a celebration before they left. I got bored because I was full and they were talking so I took out my camera and tested out its function; taking pictures with flash on.

Student Leadership Ceremony

Today I got an AWARD!! It is called the student leadership award and it is awarded to students all over York Region who have displayed leadership skills and also for good character traits. I was a lucky one to be able to get this award because I was on the integrity team so the teachers that were helping with the integrity team decided to award six people from this team to get an award.

Happy Victoria's Day!!!

Happy Victoria's Day Everyone!!! I had a great time at the park today. One of my friends brought a whole box of fireworks and I got to lit some of them. The pictures above were taken by dad while I went off to light up fireworks. It was loud but lots of fun. The most exciting part was lighting the fireworks.

My newest art piece... :D

My newest art piece. For this art, it is a picture of me but edited with a special effect. This type of art is called pop art and I really enjoyed doing this because it is really easy. All you have to do is find a picture, edit it, then print it onto transparency paper and lastly project it onto the canvas and trace it out. I spent two hours on this and now I am done. Hope you all like it! This is due at the end of may and I still have two other art pieces I have to do. My second one is nearly done, just need a bit of touch ups.

More Pictures of Grad Trip!

Here's more pictures of me on the boat cruise as requested. I didn't get many pictures of myself dancing cause I was the one holding the camera and if I wasn't holding the camera, then I was going high, dancing and goofing around. It wasn't a romantic experience but a fun experience; one that I want to have again.

Grad Trip!

I had AN AWESOME TIME during the grad trip. There was dance cruise, circus school, space camp, and LOTS AND LOTS of MUSEUMS! I really enjoyed the dance cruise which was two hours longs and we danced on the deck under the stars. It was an awesome experience to spend that time with my friends. We got to dance the cha cha slide I think which was cool.

I Miss You ):

I miss So Soo and Tracy already ): so I made a picture just the three of us. We took this picture right before they went into the gates. I hope that they won't have much jetlag because they have to do work.

Only ONE MORE DAY UNTIL MY MONTREAL TRIP!!!! I'm soo psyched for it because three whole days with my friends. This is one of the most exciting trip I will ever have. Also, there is the wonderland trip and I will be attending one of mom's friend's son wedding on sunday. What a busy but fun week!

Today is Mother's Day!!! So, all I want to say to my mom is that I LOVE YOU and I will always be yours. Hope that you will have a wonderful day even though it is freezing cold outside. But don't worry because I will hug you to keep you warm. Also, I will GIVE YOU MY HEART because I love you mom. Hope you like this picture I made for you.

So Soo's and Tracy's Last Day

Today was Tracy and So Soo's last day in Canada. Tonight, they will be going back on the airplane and heading back to Hong Kong. I will miss them a lot but it was a lot of fun spending time with them even though it was for two weeks. We had a special dinner for early mother's day dinner. Technically, if we were in Hong Kong then it would already be mother's day. OMG, Tracy and So Soo had abablone for breakfast. WOW such a rich breakfast. ;)Also, I hope that they will have a safe trip back to Hong Kong.

Graduation Trip and Wonderland Week!

Why is no one commenting on my post? A few weeks ago, all of you told me to post something on my blog and now after I post, no one is commenting.

Also, I have deactivated my facebook account because I feel that it isn't safe and also, it isn't that private.

Tracy and Woo Soo will be going back to Hong Kong tomorrow. It seems like they spent such a short time here but they can't really stay much longer since next week I will be going on my grad trip to Montreal. I can't wait until next week because three days; I will be going to Montreal and last Thursday we had a meeting and they also gave us a schedule of what we would be doing for those three days. It seems like we have a very tight schedule and not much time for breaks and rests. Some of the stuff we will be doing is going to circus school, astronomy school and also one of the days, we will be able to go on a two hour boat cruise. We will get to dance on the boat cruise which is AWESOME! I can't wait until the graduation trip.

Next Saturday, my school's cheerleading team will be participating in a competition in wonderland. I got a ticket from my friend which was thirty dollars. Normally, it costs about fifty something dollars so I decided to go and cheer on our team. also, I will be able to go on the roller coasters. Next week will be a very fun week. Four days in a row of FUN FUN FUN!!! I JUST CAN'T WAIT! I promise that I will try to take some photos and post onto my blog.

Today, we went to Fairview Mall because it was a P.A Day. We bought a lot of clothes and hoodies from many stores. I had a lot of fun because I got to buy some plaid shirts which is currently my favourite pattern.

Music Monday

Isn't today such a beautiful day? It was very hot and also today was a very special day for elementary schools because it is Music Monday. Music Monday is a very special day in where everyone goes outside and sing a song. Usually we sing the song "Sing Sing" by Juno Award Winning Artist Serena Ryder. This year, since I was in wind ensemble, I got to play which was a really cool experience because it was my first time playing outside in the open air instead of in an enclosed room.

Hot Pot ;D

YUM YUM! Today we ate hot pot today. It was scrumptious with shrimp, crab and oysters. I got to eat the biggest shrimp. It was really "Dai Long Ha" ;D Even though today was kind of hot, Woo Soo wanted to hot pot so thats what we did today.

Vaughan Mills Shopping

Today after chinese school, we went to Vaughan Mills to shop. It was A LOT of fun because we bought a lot of clothes I bought quite a lot of clothes and also I got to go to my favourite store; American Eagles Outfitters. Also, we got an extra 20% discount because we were a special member.

After shopping, we went to the famous vietnam noodle store to eat beef noodles. It was very yummy but I was very full cause we ordered a lot of stuff. Oh wells. ;P
