Intermediate's Art's Night

Today was the Art's Night in our school so we missed our yoga class since they needed the gym to set up for the event. Just to tell you more about Yoga, one of my french teacher (I have two!) is a certified yoga teacher and she is teaching yoga for free during lunch time. I really liked our first lesson( last Thursday) even though it hurts quite a bit. Also, I have a yoga mat so that means I don't have to use the school's gym mat. She taught us about 5 routines.

Art's Night is a show where many students perform dances, songs, or poems. Also, many of our art pieces are displayed through out the gym. From lunch recess to 6:30, I stayed at school with two other teachers and another grade 8 student to set up. After that, the gym looked so cool! I was very impressed because we accomplished a lot during that time. Also, I heard many people praise and enjoy our beautiful gym. I felt proud that four people can do that much things!!! At the show, I could see that the show was a major accomplishment, many teachers wanted to close the gym for a whole week so that they can use the same setting for grade 8's graduation.

Art Mark!!!

Yesterday, I was asking my teacher what did I get on my art and he said that he would at least give me a 3+ for it. I then kind of look shock and then my teacher said... just joking, I would a least give you a 4. I know that I did a good job on it because he took my piece of art and some other peoples and placed it in the library with some other good ones. Also, he said that he wants to bring it home to hang it in the living room. So, I guess that was one of his praises for me.

Tracy, I get what "OL" means.... "Old Lady".... just kidding, it means "Office Lady". Am I right???

My Laptop bag

A accessory that my parents bought for me along with the laptop was the bag. It is perfect for me because it is the perfect size for my laptop. Just in case I forgot to tell you the price of my laptop, it costs..... HEH! HEH! not telling! By the way, here is the picture of my bag.

My Art....

I finally finished painting my art: Mickey. Since it is due on Tuesday, I want to do some touch ups but not very major. I will be applying a gloss and since I don't have any, I will have to do this at school. So this is the good copy. I hope that I will get a good mark in this.

My New B-day Present

For my birthday present, my mom and dad got me a new laptop. It is sapphire blue in colour and is a really small one. The screen is about 9 inches. Here is a picture of my new laptop:

Sorry, I will take the picture of the wristband soon. This week was a very busy one and so is this weekend. Since, there is many upcoming tests and projects due. By the way, my art is due in a week. Hope I can finish it in time, but my teacher told us not to rush it.

Touchstone Wristband

At our school, there is a Touchstone contest going on. Whoever can recite the touchstone will get a wristband as a prize. I got mine's yesturday and I think it looks better than I excepted. There is our school's name, a picture of the torch and the word touchstone in capitals and bolded. The colours of the band is yellow,white and black. I will take a picture if anyone requests to see it. I got the wristband on the first day! I got the Touchstone all memorized so I only had to do it in ONE try!!! I am so happy!!!! :D

Swine Flu.... :(

Happy Belated Birthday to Tracy!!! Hope that you will recieve my present to you soon!

Is anyone scared of the swine flu, well I am, and I kind of have a runny nose and sore throat. Don't worry, I will be going to the doctor tomorrow to check up.

I have been busy this entire week, there were many projects going on and I there is a test coming up, going to study REALLY hard on it!
