Track And Field

Time pass so fast and soon will be time for my school's track and field. Before, the events I chose were shotput,standing long jump, 800 m and 1500 m. But I realize that the 1500m will be too tiring(6 3/4 laps) and I know that I won't have enough air to do so. Also, the standing long jump has too much competitions so I changed my events to shotput, running long jump, 400 m and 800 m. I hope that I will be able to get a first place ribbon this year! Need to train myself to have more stamina and endurance!

    O.K. try your best to train yourself to have more stamina and endurance on those events that you have chosen, also hope you have a best result too.
