Also, I didn't get any ribbons this year in the Terry Fox Run but I was in 7th place. This year, instead of handing out the top 10, it was the top six so no ribbons. :( The total distance we had to run was 2200 metres and it was extremely tiring because there was also hills too. When you run up a hill, you need speed and big steps while going downhill, you will need small steps and slower speed.
Saman, It doesn't matter that you didn't get any ribbon this year, just enjoy it and you'll become a good and experience runner. Also, send your belated birthday song to your mom too.
